We stand behind our workmanship and are committed to providing quality resoling and heel replacement services. If you are not satisfied with our work due to defects in craftsmanship, we will address the issue at no additional charge.

What Is Covered

Our service guarantee covers:

  • Defects in workmanship related to resoling or heel replacement
  • Issues with sole attachment or alignment
  • Problems with heel installation or balance
  • Material defects in components we installed
  • Issues that arise within 90 days of service completion

What Is Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from use
  • Damage resulting from accidents or misuse
  • Wear patterns that develop from individual gait characteristics
  • Issues with original footwear construction or materials
  • Damage occurring after service completion due to external factors
  • Changes in appearance or feel that are inherent to resoling

Inspection and Assessment

Before beginning any work, we conduct a thorough assessment of your footwear. We will:

  • Examine the condition of your shoes
  • Identify any limitations or concerns
  • Discuss resoling options and potential outcomes
  • Provide an estimate for the work
  • Obtain your approval before proceeding

Service Completion

Upon completion of service:

  • We will notify you that your footwear is ready
  • You can inspect the completed work
  • We will address any immediate concerns
  • Payment is due upon pickup unless other arrangements are made

Reporting Issues

If you experience problems with our work:

  • Contact us within 90 days of service completion
  • Describe the issue in detail
  • Bring the footwear in for inspection
  • We will assess whether the issue is covered by our guarantee

Resolution Process

If an issue is covered by our guarantee:

  • We will repair or redo the work at no charge
  • We will complete corrections in a timely manner
  • We will ensure the work meets our quality standards

Service Limitations

Please understand that:

  • Some footwear may not be suitable for resoling
  • Resoling may alter the appearance or feel of footwear
  • Multiple resoles may affect structural integrity over time
  • We reserve the right to decline service if footwear is not suitable

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis:

  • If we are unable to complete the requested service, a full refund will be provided
  • If you are unsatisfied and the issue is not covered by our guarantee, we will work with you to find a solution
